Recently, I have been doing a lot of research on how we can all maintain proper mental health during quarantine. The one theme I keep coming across is the importance of routines. Even something as basic as a scheduled call with a friend can help people stay mentally healthy during this time. When I have a lot of free time, I have been making lists of fun things to do so that I don’t feel like any of my activities are aimless. This is a great strategy that I would strongly recommend!
