I don’t know about all of you, but my screen time has increased significantly since quarantine. Many studies show that screen time and social media are detrimental for mental health, so it is important to do whatever possible to decrease screen time and get outside. Personally, I have been taking a lot of walks, some alone and some with my family. I leave my phone at home and take time to be present and enjoy the beauty of nature. This is something that I would strongly suggest all of you do too. Set aside some time everyday during which you will put electronics down!
