Hello everybody! As people begin to start school, I thought that it would be a good idea to post about the anxiety associated with going back to school. Especially during the time of a global pandemic, the transition from summer to school can be really tough. Remember to not be too hard on yourself. Just do your best to keep moving forward and take it day by day. Reach out to family, teachers, or friends if you need help, and continue practicing self-care techniques.
