Today is my last day of online classes, and honestly I am sad it’s ending. While homework during this time was a little stressful, having a routine was really healthy. I can imagine that I am not the only student who’s classes are ending soon, so I have a few suggestions for the students that are about to loose their routines! One, try to wake up early so that you do not feel like you have wasted the whole day by the time you get out of bed. Two, create a schedule for yourself and make sure you have something to do every day (even if that is just a walk). Three, try to read before going to bed instead of watching TV. It is significantly better for your mental health and will likely allow them to get more sleep!
