Hi everyone. I hope that you are enjoying the end of October. I am sorry I haven’t been as active on here. Make sure to check out my Instagram for other posts. Today I wanted to share a technique that I have learned over the past few years of high school. Sometimes when I am doing work, I get a little overwhelmed and feel like I can’t focus. The best way to combat this is listening to white noise (I like rainfall). It manages to keep me focussed on whatever I am doing and the sounds are really calming. Let me know if you try this out!
